Baking Borek

Sorry to disappoint you yesterday and not post anything.
When I got home at 9pm, Elona was over at my house teaching Melis how to make Borek.
They were just about to start, and invited me to join them.
Wondering what Borek is? It's a baked pastry made of layers of thin dough. Elona told us that you typically use 25 layers of dough to make Borek. It can be filled with cheese, meat or vegetables.

Rolling it out with a thin wooden rod.
You think it would take a long time to roll out the 25 layers; however
once the women get the knack of it, they can do it pretty quickly!
 Our peynir (cheese) filling.
Voila! Afiyet Olsun!!
